Dr Akselrud has been our entire family doctor since 2008. He is an exceptional doctor - very professional, thorough and attentive. His staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall office visits are always pleasant and efficient. My family and I have received nothing but excellent care all these years. My son lives in New York, but he still has his semiannual checkups only with Dr Akselrud. I trust Dr Akselrud with my health and health of my family. And I highly recommend him and his wonderful staff.

Staff very professional first time there and it went smoothly. Jill was fantastic and got a lot of things done Next time would like to spend more time with the doctor to get to know him. I will be definitely going back

Exceptional as always! I have been going to Dr. Akselrud since 2004 and he and his staff are nothing but the best! They take the time to listen, research and help you. Dr. Akselrud is the best doctor I’ve had in a long time and I can truly say he is one of the BEST out there! I now live in Orlando and STILL drive down every 3 months to visit him or sooner if needed. He’s the doctor that always gets the answers!

I've been looking for an internist for quite some time as my long time internist passed away. I must say I'm quite impressed with the doctor and his staff. Doctor Akselrud talks to you not at you. His staff is razor sharp. Yesterday I was there and had a quite interesting experience. I explained to the nurse about me experiencing a low heart rate while I was on the scale and immediately when I told her what the rate was she got me off the scale and into the EKG scale. I wanted to get my weight as I know I lost some weight. Then the doc came in and we had a lengthy conversation. I like a doctor who asks questions and listens to the answers. I can tell Dr. Akselrud has an empathetic side as he was probing with the questions. I know I found the right doctor. Hopefully I can have the same relationship that I had with my previous doctor. So far so good!!

Doctor Ackselrud always listen as you talk to him .he doesn’t rush you like some others Doctors.The only thing I don’t like his waiting area it’s to small and full with patients and I feel it’s over crowded.he needs bigger office.the front desk to close to waiting area and there is not confidentiality with medical Issues. .
